When your order is placed we will send you an automatic order confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number for the package. * Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

The shipping time is indicated taking into account the availability of the goods in the stock. If there are problems with the stock we will notify our customers immediately. If the ordered goods are not available in stock they will be shipped from China within 1-3 working days.

The cost of the international delivery fully depends on the size and weight of your order, of the delivery address and the carrier used. The main delivery methods you can find above.

Delivery price will be automatically generated and indicated on your basket after you fill up the delivery location (country). Please note, that some countries may have only one delivery method from presented list. It is depends on the regulations of the transport companies and some International companies don’t have branches in all countries from the list.

Different customs clearance procedures and inspections can cause direct delays beyond our standard delivery estimates and times. Tezarre.com are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors (such as customs clearance procedures, weather, inspections, incorrect addresses provided by customer, labor disputes, and/or transportation problems).

International orders may be subject to additional import or customs fees, depending on the laws and regulations of the country concerned.

Additional charges for customs clearance (duties) will have to be borne by the recipient. As the tax and customs policy may vary greatly in different countries and we can’t predict what they might be, we recommend you to turn to the local customs or tax board’s representation for additional information about customs policies or duties.

Important Shipping Information

Please confirm your shipping address before you check out. We are not liable for product shipping once it has left our facilities. Examples where we cannot help you include: If you are no longer at the address when the package arrives such as shipping to a hotel, if you are not there to receive it at your home or elsewhere, or if you do not claim it in time from a shipping facility.

International Returns

We have U.S. warehouse. If you are an international buyer, please make sure your order is correct. Once we ship from our warehouse, we are unable to generate international returns for unopened items at the moment. Return to Sender

Products returned to sender from failure to claim or bad addresses will be returned into inventory automatically and a store credit code emailed minus shipping costs.

Lost Packages

Tezarre is not liable for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages, although we are happy to help locate it to the best of our ability in the event that your package is not successfully delivered. A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, insurance will not cover the loss. If you have any issues receiving packages at your location, you should request a signature required service at checkout.

If your package's tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, you will have to follow up with the shipping company yourself. Please note that a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place. After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible. It is assumed that the customer has provided a secure location for packages to be left. If security is an issue, please request the signature required service or provide a secure location for delivery.
